Eligibility Criteria
For LDC (Lower Division Clerk)
- Group ‘C’ employees with same or lower pay scale as LDC
OR - Group ‘D’ employees with:
- Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass)
- At least 5 years regular service
For JSA (Junior Secretariat Assistant)
- Group ‘C’ staff of Head Office
- Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass)
- At least 3 years regular service in Level-1 Pay Matrix (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)
